The reunion was a great success. There were over 60 + people who attended. The reunion started off with registration in the hospitality room.  The next day we boarded a bus to the Naval Station at Coronado for a memorial service. We then boarded a LCM (Mike Boat) for a tour of the harbor. Then we visited the San Diego Seaport where we went aboard and tour the USS Midway.

The Next Day we again boarded a bus to Camp Pendleton and then onto US Navy LCAC Station. We had a fantastic tour of how the LCAC Operate as well as how they are repaired etc.  We then had a great lunch in the Mess Hall, afterward we were allowed to go aboard LCAC’s located on the Tarmac to get a close look at them and speak with crew members.

On Saturday we started with our annual business meeting led by our President Dan Dutro. That evening was followed by a very nice dinner, dancing and entertainment. Our raffle was held as well, and we raised $925.00 for our association through raffle donations. The Association thanks everyone who donated items for the Raffle.

There were other events such as a dinner cruise, tour of old town and much more. A good time was had by all.
