The two pictures above are of Jim Raney in 1969 and in 2009. I work for the city of Plano Texas as Public Safety Radio Systems Coordinator. I have been working in Two-way Radio systems for about 30 years. I went to work for Motorola 4 years after I got out of the Navy. I attended Oklahoma State University.
